The ability of using information and knowledge has been a key factor of core competitions in enterprises. Starting from the understanding of KM, this paper analyses the fundation of delpoying KM in water engineering design enterprise, explores the KM mode and significance and industry impact of developing KM system on the basis of current status of KM in water engineering enterprises.
