医学生医学人文实践能力培养探讨

On the Training of Practical Ability for Medical Students on Medical Humanities

医学人文实践能力是将对医学人文的认识、理念升华为精神、信念,并将之运用于医疗实践的过程,体现医学人文精神的能力,是医学生临床实践能力极为重要的组成部分,包括人文素养的认知和实践能力、医疗实践中人文感知与践行能力、医患沟通能力及社会适应能力。医学人文实践能力培养存在不足和难点,学校和医院要共同努力,加强医学人文理论与实践教育,培养医疗实践中人文感知与践行能力,有效地培养学生医患沟通能力,多途径实施校园文化活动,提高社会适应能力,争取培养出具有展现医学人文精神的卓越医学人才。

Medical humanities practice ability is the medical humanities knowledge ,ideas and spiritual beliefs applied in medical practice ,reflecting the ability of the medical humanistic spirit .It is also the most important part of medical students’ clinical practice abilities ,which includes the humanistic quality cognition and practice ability ,the practice of medical diagnosis and treatment of human perception and practice ability ,communication skills and ability to adapt to society .Schools and hospitals should work together , to overcome the problems and difficulties of medical humanistic practice ,to strengthen the theory and practice of medical humanities education ,to cultivate humanistic awareness and practical ability in medical practice , to improve the ability of social adaptation and to implement the campus cultural activities in multiple ways .Therefore ,in many ways ,we could strengthen practical ability training for medical students on medical humanities ,to cultivate more excellent students to practice medicine .
