摘要
针对水利项目评价过程中存在的属性模糊且相互关联的问题,提出评价指标为犹豫模糊三角函数的多属性决策模型。首先介绍犹豫模糊三角函数的要素及其得分函数的运算法则,然后针对实际情况进一步发展了犹豫模糊三角函数值Choquet有序平均算子。该算子的特点是:不仅考虑了属性排序的重要性,而且考虑了属性及其排列位置之间的相关性。最后,通过具体的案例验证了该方法在水利项目评价方面的适用性。
This paper investigates the multiple-attribute decision-making (MADM) problem in hydraulic project. Firstly,it introduces the elements of hesitant triangular fuzzy and the operational laws of score function of hesitant fuzzy elements. Then,according to actual situation,it develops the hesitant triangular fuzzy Choquet ordered averaging(HTFCOA) operator of which the prominent characteristics are that it could not only consider the importance of the elements or their ordered positions, but also reflect the correlation among the elements or their ordered positions. Finally,it demonstrates the usability of this method in the evaluation of hydraulic project through an illustrative example.
