产业集群空间迁移的影响因素研究——以珠三角地区家具产业为例

Impact Factors of Industrial Cluster Relocation——Case study of furniture industry in pearl river delta area

产业转移正在以集群迁移的方式重塑我国工业地理的版图。传统的产业转移理论解释了产业转移的动因,却没有说明各因素对产业转移影响的具体权重,因此影响产业转移各因素的作用强度也就无法准确获知。对近期珠三角地区家具产业向内陆地区迁移的现象进行研究,应用层次分析法对影响家具产业转移的诸多因素进行比较和排序,发现家具企业在空间迁移时对产业配套、要素条件的关注度小于对转入地的区位条件和企业家社会网络的影响。

Industrial relocation is reshaping the geography of Chinese economy via cluster transfer.Traditional theories have explained the agents of industrial transfer,while previous theories haven＇t illustrated the specific weight of each factor＇s impact on industrial relocation.Through the study on the phenomenon that the relocation of furniture industry from Pearl River Delta area to inland area recently,compare and sequence factors that impact furniture industrial cluster relocation by adopting AHP,and to find that during relocation,furniture firms concern about industrial up and down stream compatible assets and factor conditions is less than its influences on the location conditions and the entrepreneurs＇ social network.
