in this paper,the author researches the impact factors by questionnaire.The results suggest that the impact factors on hotel internship total effect include the hotel training,the hotel staffs direction,the school training,the teachers direction,the internship plan,the students major base,the students attitude,the students internship expectations,and the students preparation of internship;the impact factors on the improvement of knowledge include the hotel training,the school training,the teachers direction,the hotel staffs direction,and the internship preparation of students;the impacts factors on the improvement of ability include the hotel staffs direction,he teachers direction,the hotel training,and the school training.
