创新型和谐文化具有创新型文化和和谐型文化的丰富内涵,其中创新与和谐存在辩证关系。据此分析创新型和谐文化的内涵与结构,提出创新型和谐文化的演化过程以及建设思路,为组织建设创新型和谐文化提供理论指导。
Innovative harmonious culture is of rich connotation of innovative culture and harmonious culture,which are have dialectic relations.The connotation and structure of innovative harmonious culture are building.After the evolvement process of innovative harmonious culture discussed,the building thought is put forward,which can provide some theoretical guidance to build it.
