军队因战争而存在,作为军队建设组成部分的思想政治教育应始终面向实战。党在新形势下的强军目标立足信息化战争,要求思想政治教育提高适应信息化战争要求的实战能力,做到实时思想扫描、指挥快速高效、形式灵活精干。这就需要更新思想政治教育的观念,改革思想政治教育领导机制,创新思想政治教育方式。
