网络调查和纸笔调查法对比研究——以领导成员交换与员工离职意向关系为例

摘要 本文采用验证性因子分析和嵌套模型,以领导成员交换与员工离职意向关系为例,对网络调查和传统纸笔调查进行对比分析。研究结果表明:组织情感承诺、领导情感承诺在领导成员交换和员工离职意向之间起中介作用,这四个变量在网络调查和纸笔调查不同群组之间具有测量模型不变性、变量测量信度不变性和路径系数的不变性;针对比较敏感的问题,网络调查的变量均值较大,反之则较小。
