Effects of TMT Interaction on Enterprise Performance

摘要 从Pettigrew提出"企业文化"、Hambrick和Mason提出"高层梯队理论"以来,企业文化与企业业绩之间的关系,以及TMT与企业业绩之间的关系就是学术界和企业界关注的热点,但是以往有关企业文化与企业业绩、TMT与企业业绩的研究一直是按照两条平行线进行的。本文把企业文化引入TMT理论,并对相关文献进行梳理,分别对企业文化与企业业绩的关系、TMT互动与企业业绩的关系、TMT互动与企业文化的关系进行探讨,提出研究的理论框架,并以企业文化为视角探究了TMT互动对企业业绩的影响机理。 Since Pettigrew put forward the “enterprise culture”, Hambrick and Mason proposed the “upper echelons theory”, the relationship between enterprise culture and enterprise performance and the relationship between TMT and enterprise performance have been the hot topics which academy and business circles focused on .However, previous stud-ies on them were carried out according to two parallel lines .This paper firstly introduces enterprise culture into TMT the-ory, sorts out and summarizes relevant literatures , deeply studies the relationship between enterprise culture and enter-prise performance , the relationship between TMT interaction and enterprise performance as well as the relationship be -tween TMT interaction and enterprise culture , respectively , and then puts forward the research theoretical frameworks and explores the influence mechanism of TMT interaction on enterprise performance from the perspective of enterprise culture.
