我国高等体育院校人才培养改革:以首都体育学院毕业生就业情况为例

Research on the Talent Cultivation Reform of Sport Colleges and Universities in China from the Perspective of Employment:A Case Study of CUPES

在高校毕业生就业困难与高等教育深化教育改革背景下,以首都体育学院2011、2012和2013年本科毕业生为研究对象,从就业角度分析研究当前体育院校人才培养。结果表明:在新阶段下应该重新定位人才培养方向,增强专业与职业匹配度,调整运动训练专业名称,改进实践实习。

Under the background of employment difficulties of university graduates and the deepening of higher education reform, the present thesis sets to study on the talent cultivation of sports colleges and u- niversities from the perspective of employment by taking the graduates of Capital University of Physical Education and Sports （CUPES） in 2011,2012 and 2013 as research subjects. And the results show that the talent cultivation objective should be repositioned in the new stage, that the matching degree between majors and careers should be strengthened, that the term of sport training major should be adjusted, and that the practice and internship should be improved.
