体教共建高水平运动队运行机制的研究:以上海金融学院为例

Study on Operation Mechanism of Building High Level Sports Teams among Sports and Education Combination:Taking Shanghai Finance College as Example

采用文献资料、访谈、问卷调查等方法,对上海金融学院击剑队20多年的发展历程进行研究。普通高等学校与体育主管部门共建高水平运动队,实施"体教结合"是我国竞技体育保持发展后劲,培养更多优秀后备人才的新途径。认为上海金融学院与上海市体育局合作共建击剑队,做到了责任共担、义务共尽、利益共享、优势互补。高校建立了招生、学籍管理、运动训练、竞赛、经费保障等科学的管理制度,为国家培养优秀体育人才的同时,带动了本校体育工作的全面发展。

Through using the method of literature review, interview and questionnaire, this paper makes study on 20 years of development of Shanghai Finance College fencing team. The general college and uni- versity together with sports authoritative agency to build the high level sports team is a new method to keep the competitive sports vibrant with energy and cultivate more excellent backup needs. The setting-up of shanghai finance fencing by Shanghai Finance College and Shanghai Sports Bureau shows that the two share the responsibility and obligation, benefit and have the complementary advantages. The colleges es- tablish scientific management system with the work of recruiting, management of school roll, sports training, competition and expenditure guarantee. It cultivate excellent sports players for the country and also improve the all-round development of the college sports.
