跆拳道段位制对中国武术段位制改革的启示

Implication of Taekwondo Rank on Chinese Wushu Duan System Reform

通过对韩国跆拳道段位制"十级、三品、九段"与中国武术段位制"三级、九段"进行全面的对比分析,结果表明:两者在段位制设置、考核内容、段位制标志、时间限制与年龄规定等方面存在差异,相比之下跆拳道段位制更加系统健全、规范合理,更为符合引导习练者由浅入深、由易到难、由入门到黑带高手逐步递增的学练规律。结合中国武术段位制实施现阶段中存在的实际问题,借鉴跆拳道段位制发展的成功经验得到启示:增设段位等级、完善考核内容、改进段位标志、放宽时限年龄、提升文化内涵等一系列改革的设想和措施。以期为中国武术段位制改革完善提供借鉴,也可为加速中国武术走向国际化提供新思路。

Through the basis on comprehensive comparison and analysis between ＂the Ten Grades, Three Degrees and Nine Dans＂ of Taekwondo and ＂the Three Grades and Nine Dans＂ of Chinese Wushu, this paper proves that there are differences in the aspects of grades setting, examination, ranking signs and limitation of timing and age. By contrast, the ranking system of Taekwondo is more soundly systematical, more reasonable and standard and even more suitable for the trainers＇ step-by-step learning progress from entry level to black belt. Being inspired by the success of Taekwondo ranking system and combining with the current problems in the Duan system of Chinese Wushu, the article suggests a serial of reform ideas and measures, such as to extend the grades, to complete examination content, to reform the ranking sys- tem, to relax timing limitation and age restriction and to enrich its cultural implication so as to provide some helpful references for the improvements of Duan system of Chinese Wushu and new ideas to acceler- ate the internationalization of Chinese Wushu.
