海峡西岸经济区(简称"海西区")作为两岸人民交流合作先行先试区既有"五缘文化"的基础,也有政策基础。科技服务业作为促进两岸科技进步、进而带动经济发展以及社会各方面发展的现代服务业之一,扮演的角色越来越重要。为实现将海西区建设成为两岸人民交流合作的先行先试区的国家战略,应当积极推动海西科技服务业的发展,优化平潭综合实验区科技服务业布局。

West sea as cross-strait people exchanges and cooperation first try area has both the basis of the ＂five yuan culture＂ , and also has the policy basis. Science and Technology Service industry as one of modern service industries to promote cross-strait science and technology progress, lead to economic development and social development of all aspects, is playing an increasingly important role. In order to achieve the national strate- gy of building the west sea into cross-strait people exchanges and cooperation first try area, should actively promote the development of hercynian technology services, and optimze the pingtan comprehensive experimental area of science and technology service industry layout.
