“伊斯兰国”冲击美国中东战略 被引量：3

摘要 2013年9月11日，美国总统奥巴马发表电视讲话，正式公布打击极端组织“伊斯兰国”的新战略。舆论认为这标志着美中东战略的“重大转向”，甚至猜测美或将再陷“中东泥潭”。如何准确评估美中东战略走向？如何看待奥巴马反恐“新政”？本文拟结合美中东战略总体态势略作分析。
