Curriculum Development and the Cultivation of Innovative Spirit in Primary and Secondary Schools

培养学生的创新精神和实践能力是实施素质教育的重点。在中小学课程实施过程中强化对学生创新精神和实践能力的培养,一是要围绕"创新精神和实践能力核心目标"开发课程,包括中小学课程"创新精神和实践能力核心目标"内涵开发,创建中小学课程"一核三维"目标,开发学科课程、综合实践活动课程和专门课程;二是要围绕"创新精神和实践能力核心目标"实施课程,包括创设激励创新的教育环境,采用激励创新的教与学方式,形成激发创新精神的教学过程,建立激励创新的评价机制。

Cultivating the innovative spirit and practical ability of students is the key point to implement quality education. In order to intensify the cultivation of innovative spirit and practical ability of students in the process of the curriculum implementation of primary and secondary schools, the following aspects should be paid attention to. Firstly, we should develop curriculum around the ＂core goal of innovative spirit and practical ability＂, including developing the connotation of the core goal, establishing the goal of ＂one core with three dimensions＂, developing subject curriculum, comprehensive practical course and specialized course. Secondly, we should implement curriculum around the ＂core goal of innovative spirit and practical ability＂, including establishing the educational environment of stimulating innovation, adopting the teaching and learning style of stimulating innovation, forming the teaching process of motivating innovative spirit, and establishing the evaluation mechanism of stimulating innovation.
