正式控制、关系控制与企业战略供应关系绩效——基于中国乳制品行业的调查研究被引量：2

摘要本文以中国乳制品行业为研究对象,采用问卷调查方式,利用结构化方程模型对企业与其战略供应商之间的正式控制、关系控制及战略供应关系绩效之间的关系进行检验。实证结果表明正式控制和关系控制均对企业战略供应关系绩效有显著的积极作用,并且正式控制与关系控制存在显著的互补关系。本文据此对改善中国乳制品行业与其供应商关系的控制从而提高对战略原料质量安全的控制提出可资借鉴的建议和措施。
