清代,在鄱阳湖流域内的乌石潭陂、槎滩陂和北澳陂水利系统,地方社会围绕水利工程设施的创建权属都发生了激烈的矛盾纠纷。这种文本纠纷的发生,源于地方社会宗族观念的浓厚基础,也是地方民众争夺用水权的一种表现形式,反映了地方社会不同力量之间的权力争夺和社会秩序的变化,表现出区域类型性特征。
