深圳大空港地区开发策略

On Development Strategy for Shenzhen's Bigger Airport Zone

摘要 随着全球步入航空时代,生产组织与国际分工变化使空港对综合性城市的发展越来越重要,空港地区围绕空港高端客流和物流的集聚,逐步形成具有显著圈层布局特征的空港都市区。深圳大空港地区开发要顺应空港发展与产业布局规律,先导重点项目、促进产业共生、强化城区服务、混合用地功能、分类引导发展,开展高起点、高标准的开发建设,从更大范围、更高层次参与全球经济竞争与合作。 With the global times into the air age, it makes the airport more and more important to the development of comprehensive city by changes of production organization and international division of labor. Around the airport high-end passengers and logistics' agglomeration, the aero-tropolis is gradually formatted there of a significant ring level layout features in airport areas. It needs to adapt to the airport development and industrial layout rules, import key projects, promote industrial symbiosis, strenglhen urban services, mixed land use, and guide development classified, carry out developmen~ of high standard and high starting point, participate the global economic competition and cooperation from the larger, higher levels.
