随着网络社会的崛起,开展以互联网为基础的社会工作是一个新的挑战。网络社会工作是传统社会工作应对网络社会崛起的一种策略,也是加强网络社会管理的必由之路。网络社会工作的基本原则包括:承认个体存在着虚拟性权利、在社会工作者与案主之间建立互为主体性的专业关系、注重虚拟社会的沟通给案主带来的解放意义、坚信案主具有一种内在的觉察能力、关注案主的经验生活的意义等。

With the rise of the network society, how to develop Internet-based social work has become a new challenge. Internet-based social work is a strategy, by means of which the traditional social work copes with the rise of the network society. It is also the only way to strengthen the management of the network society. Basic principles of Internet-based social work include the recognition of individuals＇ virtual rights, the establishment of mutual subjectivity professional relationship between social workers and the clients, the focus on the liberating sense of communication in the virtual society, the belief in the clients＇ insight in to themselves in the virtual society, as well as a concern for the meaning of their actual life.
