摘要
随着我国人口增长和城镇化进程加快、城乡居民膳食结构升级,农产品消费"粮经饲"三元结构阶段性特征明显,现阶段呈现"3∶4∶3"消费结构,并向"2∶4∶4"消费结构转型并趋于稳定。受资源和环境约束,预计到2020年,我国口粮能够基本自给、经济作物略有盈余、饲料粮缺口较大。国家粮食安全战略应重点稳定口粮生产规模和生产能力,推动经济作物发展高附加值产品,着力拓宽饲料作物供应渠道。
Along with the population growth, urbanization process speed up, urban and rural residents dietary structure upgrade,“Ternary structure” of agriculture consumption shows obvious stage characteristics, which is from “3:4:3” to“2:4:4” consumption structure. With the resources and environmental constraints, the rations could be self-sufficient, economic crops are slightly surplus, feed grains shortage get bigger. Therefore, the national food security strategy should focus on stabilizing food production scale and production capacity, promoting the development of high value-added economic crops products, and striving to widen the channel of the supply of feed crops.
