摘要
以部分中央企业为研究对象,通过深度访谈,应用扎根理论对企业转变发展方式的路径进行探索性研究,最终构建中央企业转变发展方式的路径选择模型。中央企业转变发展方式要以创新为实现手段,通过对产品结构、业务结构、市场结构、资源结构的改变,更好地保障群众利益,履行社会责任,最终实现企业可持续发展。
This paper bases on central enterprises as the research object, through the depth interviews, makes use of grounded theory to exploratory research of the path of transforming the development mode, and finally builds the route choice model of central enterprises transformation of the mode of development. This study reveals that the connotation of central enterprises transformation of the mode of development is a transition strategy, which takes the innovation as the means of implementation, through changing the product structure, business structure, market structure and resource structure, better protects the interests of masses, fulfills social responsibility, and finally realizes the enterprise sustainable development.
