摘要
信任对工程项目管理绩效影响的研究多是基于组织行为学的视角,而本文则从项目治理的视角展开。通过理论分析构建了工程项目中合同柔性、合同刚性的构念,并对其进行了维度划分;梳理和总结相关文献提出了以初始信任为前因、合同柔性和合同刚性为中介、工程项目管理绩效为结果的概念模型,并分析了其具体作用路径;研究结论为业主提供的管理启示包括:(1)应高度重视资格预审工作,选择初始信任水平较高的承包商;(2)应根据对投标人的平均初始信任水平编制招标文件,为合同适当地注入柔性和刚性;(3)中标后、签约前的合同谈判很必要,要在不背离合同实质性内容的前提下,根据对承包商的确切初始信任水平微调合同的柔性程度。
Most researches on the influence of trust to project management performance in construction projects are from the perspective of organizational behavior, while it is reexamined from the perspective of project governance in this paper. Through a thorough literature review, the theoretical constructs of contractual flexibility and contractual rigidity are established and their dimensions are analyzed. And then a conceptual model including initial trust, contractual flexi- bility, contractual rigidity and project management performance is developed and its effect route is explored. Three sug- gestions offered to the owners are as follows : ( 1 ) prequalification should be attached great importance in order to select a more trustworthy contractor; (2)bidding documents should be prepared according to the average level of initial trust to all the tenderers so as to inject flexible and rigid items into the contract ; (3) it is necessary to negotiate with the contrac- tor after its acceptance of the bid and before their signing of the contract, the contractual flexibility should be adjusted slightly according to the exact initial trust level to the contractor without any change of its substantial contents.
