摘要
本文选取1995—2012年城镇化率、外商直接投资(FDI)、单位研发投入授权的专利数等指标,运用协整检验、脉冲响应函数及方差分解等计量经济学方法,分析外商直接投资、技术创新和城镇化的动态关系。研究结果表明:城镇化、外商直接投资、技术创新三者存在长期均衡关系,外商直接投资与技术创新对城镇化的作用不同,二者呈现差异性。脉冲响应的结果显示,外商直接投资对城镇化的发展一直处于正向带动作用,技术创新对城镇化的冲击响应存在短期滞后效应。方差分解的结果显示,技术创新对城镇化水平的促进效果不明显。最后,本文就技术创新及外商直接投资提出相关政策建议。
We chose the indicators of urbanization rate over the 1995 -2012 period, FDI and the number of authorized patents by unit input, use some econometric methods, e.g. co - integration test, impulse response function and variance decom- position, and analyze the dynamic relationship among FDI, technological innovation and urbanization. The results show that： there is a long- term equilibrium relationship among urbanization, FDI and technological innovation; and that FDI and technological innovation have different role in urbanization. The results of impulse response function suggest that FDI has a positive leading role in the development of urbanization, and that technological innovation has short - term lag effects on the shock response of urban- ization. The results of variance decomposition show that the promotion effects of technological innovation on urbanization are not obvious. Finally, this paper proposes related policy suggestions on technological innovation and FI）I.
