《石点头》作者矛盾思想摭谈

Discussion on the author's contradictory thought in“Stone Nodding”

源于"圣僧说法,顽石点头"这个古老传说而命名的《石点头》,给人一种"卫封建之道"、"劝世人诫欲"的印象。实际上,作者天然痴叟也确实在爱情婚姻、妇女贞节、孝道观念、为官之道等方面宣讲着封建统治阶级的纲常伦理教条,但因受到明末清初社会现实的刺激、启蒙思想的渲染和高度社会责任感的驱使等因素的影响,当他进入创作时却常常能够从生活实际出发,描绘真实的人生画面,使作者的思想矛盾性在其作品中表现得极为突出。

＂Stone Nodding＂ named from the ancient legend of ＂the holy man preaches, the stone nods＂, gives the impressions of ＂support feudal road＂, ＂persuade people commanding desires＂. In fact, the author named Tianran Chisou actually preached the ethics dogma of the feudal ruling class at the aspects of love and marriage, chastity, filial piety, officialdom and so on. But affected by factors such as stimulation of reality of the late Ming and early Qing society , enlightenment rendering and high social responsibility , he can always create works from the actual conditions of life and depict the real picture of life, then the au- thor＇s thought of contradiction in his works performed extremely well.
