摘要
"技术困境"和"体质困境"已成为困扰我国体育教学工作的难题,体质教育流派是我国当代重要的体育教学流派,其30多年形成的理论与实践为我国体育教学走出困境提供新的借鉴和启发。重点阐述了体质教育流派形成的社会背景、发展脉络、贡献和局限,提出"健身课"应该成为今后体育课改的新方向。
“Technical dilemma” and “fitness dilemma” have become tough nuts to crack, which are troubling physical education teaching in China; the school of fitness education is an important modern school of physical education teaching in China; its theories and practice formed in over 30 years will provide new references and inspirations for physical edu-cation teaching in China to get out of the dilemmas. The authors focused on elaborating the social background for the formation of the school of fitness education, as well as its development courses, contributions and limitations, and put forward that “fitness class” should become a new direction for physical education curriculum reform in the future.
