摘要
低价出口低端产品是我国开放经济传统均衡中产品层次战略的集中体现。面对从以出口导向为核心的第一波全球化战略向以扩大内需为核心的第二波全球化战略的转化,我国开放经济传统均衡在当前国内外形势下难以持续。在开放经济新均衡下我国产品层次战略需要从低端产品向中高端产品转变。未来我国开放经济均衡的产品层次战略必然是以国内市场需求为指引,在中期内走向中端产品,在长期内走向高端产品。
Exporting low-end product with low price is the central reflection of product level strategy in Chinese traditional open economy equilibrium. Faced by the transformation from the first globalization strategy focusing on export orientation to the second globalization strategy focusing on expanding domestic demand, Chinese traditional open economy equilibrium is not sustainable in the current domestic and overseas conditions. In the new open economy equilibrium, Chinese product level strategy needs to transfer from low-end product to median and high-end product. The product level strategy of Chinese future open economy equilibrium will focus on the domestic demand, move to median-end product in the median run and to high-end product in the long run.
