摘要
深化农村改革必须坚持社会主义市场经济方向,完善农产品价格形成机制是实现农村改革的关键。在对我国农产品价格形成机制历史变迁进行回顾和分析的基础上,研究了当前农产品价格形成机制存在的主要问题,提出了加快推进目标价格试点进程,有效调动农民生产积极性;加强农产品市场体系建设,扭转国内外农产品价格倒挂局面;促进生态友好型农业发展,加大生态保护建设力度的政策建议。
Deepening rural reform must insist the direction of social market economy, and the improvement for agricultural product price formation mechanism is crucial to the rural reform. Based on the review and analysis of historical changes of China＇ s agricultural＇ product price formation mechanism, this paper studies the current problems of the agricultural product price formation mechanism, puts forward suggestions to accelerate to promote target price pilot process, arousing the product enthusiasm of farmers; strengthen construction of agricultural product market system to reverse the price inversion in the foreign and domestic agricultural product price; promote the development of ecological friendly agriculture and increase the construction of ecological protection.
