Establishment of Strategy Alliance for Industrial Technology Innovation

产业技术创新战略联盟在国家创新能力建设中具有举足轻重的地位,联盟状态稳定事关我国经济社会的可持续发展。近几年来,我国产业技术创新战略联盟发展态势良好,发展速度也较快。在对产业技术创新战略联盟战略进行分析的基础上,阐述了当前我国产业技术创新战略联盟发展现状,对其发展过程中存在的问题进行了研究,并就完善产业技术创新战略联盟运行机制提出了相关政策建议。

Strategic alliance for industrial technology innovation plays an important role in the national innovation capability construction, the stable state of the alliance is crucial to our economic and social sustainable development. In recent years, Chi- na＇s strategic alliance for industrial technology innovation developed well and rapidly. Based on analyzing the development strategy of the alliance, this paper states the situation and studies the existed problem during the development, and puts forward relevant suggestions to improve the operating mechanism of the alliance.
