美丽乡村建设背景下县域体育场地建设现状与发展——以泉州市永春县为例

Construction Status and Development Research of County Sports Fields under the Background of Beautiful Village Building——case study of Yongchun

以第六次全国体育场地普查数据为依据,就永春县各乡镇体育场地数量、规模、投资、类型等进行比较研究,研究表明:永春县体育场地数量较为不足,高质量、高规格的体育场地设施缺乏;场地规模占泉州市总规模比例较小,且都未达到国家要求的最低标准;场地人均投资为326元,与泉州市人均水平相比有较大落差;场地类型单一,数量较多、规格要求较大体育场地是体育场地建设的主要资金流向。以美丽乡村建设为契机,逐步完备体育场地设施、预留空地、合理规划、多渠道筹集资金等是推动永春体育体育场地建设的重要举措。

According to the data of the Sixth National Sport-Ground Investigation, the paper made a comparative study of the quantities, size, investment and types of township sport grounds in Yongchun County. The study shows that the number of sports fields and sports facilities of high quality and high specification are insufficient. Besides, sport area is not up to the National minimum standard of 1.50 m2 per capita. Venue per capita investment is 326 yuan, falling short of Quanzhou＇s 892 yuan per person. Large number and scale stadiums including indoor sports are the main targeted investment.Based on the characteristics and problems of Yongchun＇ s sports field construction, I suggested that the government of Yongchun should complete sports facilities gradually and promote the development of sports in Yongchun County through reserved space, reasonable planning, more channels to raise funds and so on under the background of the construction of the beautiful countryside.
