90后女大学生心理健康状况调查及对策——以福州某高校为例

An Investigation of the Mental Health Among the Post-90 Female Undergraduates

采用《中国大学生心理健康量表(CCSMHS)》对福州某高校女大学生心理健康状况进行调查分析,结果表明,该校90后女大学生的总体心理健康状况要好于全国大学生平均水平,但在焦虑、强迫、依赖三个维度上得分显著高于常模。因此,要想进一步提高90后女大学生心理健康教育工作水平,必须通过开展调查、开设课程和构建网络的方法来整体推进,从而达到最佳的教育效果。

With Chinese college students mental health scale（CCSMHS）, the study investigates the mental health situation of female undergraduates from a college in Fuzhou.The results show that the overall mental health situation is better than the average level of nationwide college students;but their scores of anxiety, compulsion and dependence are higher than the common modality. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out investigation,to offer courses and to construct network in order to promote the mental health education for the female undergraduates.
