摘要
高校青年教师的素质关系着高校的教育水平和长远发展,要保证学校在激烈的竞争中继续生存和发展,必须重视青年教师队伍的建设。文章基于对青年教师的特征分析,在青年教师队伍建设中引入胜任力和冰山模型,更明确分析青年教师发展的工作需求,并从青年教师的学习培训、教学方式方法、教学激励机制、教师评价机制以及职业生涯规划等管理方面提出能力提升方法建议。
Young college teachers' quality has close relationship with the level of education and long- term development,to ensure the college development in the fierce competition, attention must be paid to the young teachers on the basis of the training. Analysis of the characteristics of young teachers, competency iceberg modelis is introduced,and the construction of young faculty,more explicit analysis of development of young teachers work needs, and from the young teacher training, teaching methods, teaching evaluation mechanism and incentive mechanism, the teacher occupation career planning is proposed to enhance the ability of managementmethod.
