应用“云·端”网络学习平台促进信息化管理创新——以福建开放大学为例

Construction of a Comprehensive Network Learning Platform Based on Cloud Service

结合云计算、移动学习等新技术的发展和应用,根据开放大学的实际需求,界定了开放大学教学信息化的内涵,分析了当前学校教学信息化的现状和不足,提出建设基于"云·端"服务的开放大学综合网络学习平台,并以福建开放大学为例,从创新管理理念、创新管理手段(包括系统建设、教务工作、学习、考试等教学全过程的管理)、创新资源共建共享等方面阐述如何应用此平台促进开放大学教学信息化的管理创新。

This essay makes a study of the development and application of new technologies such as cloud computing and mobile learning. It defines the connotation of teaching information technology according to actual needs of open universities, makes an analysis into present situation and insufficiencies of teaching information technology and puts forward the idea of constructing a comprehensive network learning platform for open universities. This essay takes Fujian Open University as an example and expounds on management innovation of teaching information technology by making use of the platform from the aspect of innovative management principles, innovative management methods and innovative resource sharing.
