大学生创业能力培养研究——以泉州师范学院为例

College Students Entrepreneurial Ability Cultivation Research——Taking Quanzhou Normal University as an example

通过对泉州师范学院的1 000名学生创业情况进行调查,着重从创业态度、创业能力、创业目的三个方面研究当代大学生创业能力培养的现状并分析了当代大学生自主创业的特点,探讨大学生创业能力缺失的原因,认为创业教育应与创业师资队伍、专业教育、实践活动、学生社团活动紧密结合起来。

According to an invetisgation among 1 000 students of Quanzhou Normal University,the arti- cle focuses on three aspects,including entrepreneurial attitudes, entrepreneurial abilities and entrepre- neurial purposes. From these aspects, the article analyses the development situation of the modern Univisities＇s entrepreneurial abilities. And the article illustrates the characteristic of the modern student＇s entrepreneurial by ourselves.Meanwhile,the article discusses the losing reasons of entrepre- neurial about undergraduates.Simultaneously ,we reckon that carving out education should closely con- nect with the teacher quality of entrepreneurial, major education, practical activities and student＇s corporation activities.
