近年来"创客空间"在国内发展较快,创客指努力把各种创意转变为现实的人,创客的活动被视为一种新的知识传递方式。基于这个因素,"创客空间"凭借自身的特性在图书馆领域也逐渐受到重视。本文介绍了"创客空间"的概念,分析其重要价值,并在此基础上探讨"创客空间"与目前高校图书馆日趋成熟的"信息共享空间"之间的关系。从适应时代发展需要转变职能、创新服务、提高核心竞争力的角度,阐述高校图书馆建设"创客空间"的实际意义和其具备的显著优势。最后,从空间、资金、人员、项目等方面进行策略分析,说明在高校图书馆设立"创客空间"切实可行。
