摘要
以2003—2011年我国30个省(自治区、直辖市)的面板数据为样本,运用传统面板回归模型和分位数回归模型探讨了环境规制对区域就业的影响及其变化情况。研究结果表明:在模型中不加入环境规制二次项时,其对区域就业有显著的促进作用,且随着分位数的增加,这种促进作用呈先增后降态势;在模型中加入环境规制二次项时,则环境规制与区域就业存在"U"型非线性关系,即当其超过某一强度时,会对区域就业产生促进作用。
Based on the panel data of China's 30 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities from 2003 to 2011, and by using the traditional panel regression model and the quantile regression mode/ the paper explores the impact of environmental regulation on employment and its changes. The results show that: when the quadratic term of the regulation does not join in the model, it has a significantly positive effect on the regional employment in China, and with the increase of the quantile this effect will increase first and then decrease; and when it joins in the model, there exists a "U" type relationship between the environmental regulation and regional employment overall, that is to say, when the environmental regulation intensity exceeds a certain "threshold" value, it will give the regional employment a boost.
