To develop mixed ownership is an elementary requirement in deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises and improving socialist basic economic system. Based on analyzing the effect of developing mixed ownership, the article pointed out that enterprises should evaluate five elements specifically, when introducing external resources, and proposed five possible paths in developing mixed ownership.
