摘要 本研究以国家男子20km竞走队运动员相对成功的训练-比赛周期的实际训练为研究对象,运用文献资料、专家访谈、实地调查、数理统计等研究方法,探析了竞走作业距离的结构控制、作业成绩控制、作业强度的描述与计算,以及竞走作业负荷过程控制。从数理角度解析竞走训练工作的实际问题,为经验式掌控竞走训练负荷过程正题和促进科学化转变。提出了以发展竞技能力为导向的作业距离控制结构、作业成绩的目标倒推法、作业强度的描述与应用方法,以及作业过程的控制原理。 The relatively successful training--competition cycle for the national men's 20km race--walkers as the object, literature review, expect review, field survey study, and statistics as the research methods, this paper analyses the structure control of the training distance, the training results control, the description and calculation of training intensity, and the controlling process of training load. From the perspective of mathematics, the paper analyses the practical problems of race walking training and puts for- ward the controlling structure of the working distance for developing competitive ability, the target--backward method of working performances, the description and application method of the working intensity and the controlling principle of operation process, in order to correct the problem for the "empirically" controlling race walking training load and promote its "scientific" transformation.
