社会组织参与信访矛盾化解,是新形势下信访工作创新的重要内容。本文在梳理和总结各地引入社会组织创新信访工作的实践经验的基础上,发现社会组织将从信访理念、政民之间的沟通互动机制以及程序保障等角度,全面推动信访工作发展。最后,针对社会组织参与信访工作存在的现实问题,提出了相关政策建议。
