非物质文化遗产保护在面对城镇化问题时,有可能会按照其自身发展的规律自然而然地去应对变化。面对变化,必须构建强大的保护工作体系。非物质文化遗产的保护迫切需要理论的指导。首先要做好基础工作,比如理论研究等问题。还可以通过文化遗产风险管理的理论和方法进行预测和评估,最大限度地使非物质文化遗产在城镇化的进程中得到妥善保护。对于需要规范和纠正的行为,可以先由文化主管部门适时发布一些相关的、细致的、操作性很强的指导意见。此外,建国以来民族民间文化艺术保护工作的历史也该梳理清楚,非物质文化遗产项目本体研究亦应深入展开。

In the process of urbanization,protection of the intangible cultural heritage may naturally respond to changes in accordance with the laws of its own development. Thus a strong protection system and theoretical guidance should be built to face with the change. In order to maximize the proper protection,the urgent issues for us to deal with are to do the basic works, such as thetheoretical research,prediction and evaluation through the theories and methods of risk management,a timely release of the relevant and detailed guidance by the cultural administration department in need of standardizing proper activities. In addition,the history of the national folk culture protection and the ontology research of the intangible cultural heritage projects should also be sorted outclearly and expanded in-depth.
