中东新秩序的构建与中国作用

Constructing the New Middle East Order and China's Role

进入21世纪以来,国际和地区范围内重大事件频发,使得中东旧秩序遭到严重冲击,地区战略平衡被打破,地缘政治关系和安全格局发生重大调整,传统政治地理边界面临重组,政治生态变化。中东变局作为中东新旧秩序交替的拐点影响深远。未来相当长一段时期里,中东将处于新旧秩序交替阶段。而中东陷入无序状态给中国的中东外交和利益维护造成很大冲击。鉴于中东作为中国"大周边"的地位日益突出,以及维护中国在中东利益日益增大的需要,中国必须在中东有所担当,有所作为,并积极参与中东新秩序的塑造。

In the 21st century, major events at the international and regional levels frequent occur, among which are Information Revolution and Globalization, the United States＇ strategic contraction from Middle East, the Arab Spring, and they have greatly endangered the old Middle East order and regional strategical balance. The turbulent chaos and unrest have caused regional disorder, changed dramatically the geopolitical relations, security pattern, the traditional political boundaries and political ecology facing restructuring. For a long period of time, the Middle East will be in alternation of the old and new order. And as a large developing country with more responsibility and bigger interests in the Middle East, China should play a more active role in shaping the new Middle East Order.
