Innovation is the core of modem economic growth; it is the key to future development opportunities in China. The theoretical analysis of innovation-driven is important for the healthy development of economic transformation. Intellectual property strategy has to fit innovation-driven development to provide comprehensive protection for technological innovation. Improve the system of intellectual property rights, accelerate the formation of independent intellectual property rights, and promote research cooperative innovation is the strategic choice for China to realize the innovation driven development.
