高新技术产业集群持续发展的动力机制及实证研究——以武汉东湖高新区光电子信息产业集群为例

The Dynamic Mechanism of Sustainable Development of High-tech Industrial Clusters—A Case Study of Wuhan Donghu High-tech Zone's Optoelectronic Information Industries

高新技术产业集群是提高区域综合经济实力和创新能力的重要途径。文章认为,基于社会资本的网络机制、外部经济机制、竞争合作机制和学习创新机制对培育高新技术产业集群的持续竞争优势和推动集群持续发展具有重要促进作用。文章引入武汉东湖高新区光电子信息产业集群的案例,对其持续发展的动力机制进行实证分析,并就其发展中存在的问题提出相应的对策措施。

The high-tech industrial cluster is an important way to improve regional innovative capability and comprehensive economic strength. Firstly, the paper discusses the dynamic mechanism of sustainable development of high-tech industrial clusters and points out that the network mechanism based on social capitals, the external economic mechanism, the competition ＆ cooperation mechanism, the learning＆ innovation mechanism play an important role to cultivate the sustainable competitive advantage of high-tech industrial clusters and promote the sustainable development of clusters. The paper takes an example of optoelectronic information industrial clusters in Wuhan east lake high-tech zones to make an empirical analysis on its dynamic mechanism of sustainable development, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures aimed at the problems existing in the development of high-tech industrial clusters
