公益参与与公共精神塑造的关系研究——以第三部门激励理论为视角 被引量:13

The Study of the Relationship Between Philanthropy Participation and Public Spirit Shaping: A View of the Third Sector's Motivation Theory

摘要 根据参与深度,公益参与可以分为浅度参与、中度参与和深度参与,不同的参与深度激励并塑造公共精神的不同价值元素。在此过程中,结构性激励、组织激励和反身性激励是人们在公益参与中激发并塑造公共精神的内在机制。在公益参与中,浅度参与阶段,结构性激励发挥着主要的作用;中度参与和深度参与阶段,公益参与和公共精神的塑造是三种激励机制共同作用的结果。在通过公益参与塑造人们公共精神的过程中,结构性激励、组织激励和反身性激励这三种激励机制既可以单独发挥激励作用,也可以组合在一起发挥混合激励的作用。 Using the case of earthquake relief volunteers, the author has studied the relationship between philanthropy participation and public spirit shaping with participant observation, depth interviews and focus group discussion, and gets 2 conclusions:(1)According to the depth of participation, philanthropy participation can be divided into shallow participation, moderate participation and deep participation. Different elements of the value of the public spirit are shaped in different depth of participations.(2)Structural incentives, organizational incentives and reflexivity incentives are the internal mechanisms by which the public spirit is shaped in the philanthropy participation. The structural incentives play a major role in the shallow participation and the values of public spirit are incented by all the these kinds of incentives during the philanthropy participation.In addition, the structural, organizational and reflexivity incentives can work alone and can work together also in the process of the formation of public spirit.
