摘要
针对采用常规的数据传输技术设计大型潮汐物理模型测控系统时面临布线杂乱、扩展不易、维护困难的问题,介绍了大型潮汐物理模型测控系统中CAN总线网络通信的应用,在双总线冗余设计思想的指导下,对系统的总体结构、节点状态、网络通信协议做了详细的说明与分析。应用结果表明,CAN总线通信的实时性好,可靠性高,达到了较高的性能指标,系统控制和测量的整体效果明显优于规范要求。CAN总线技术能更好地满足大型潮汐物理模型控制和测量的应用需要。
This paper analyzes the necessity of applying CAN (Controller area Network) to the large scale tidal model control and measure system. Based on CAN field bus, this paper presents a design scheme of double buses system to ensure higher reliability. The proposed scheme describes the overall architecture, running state of the node and the network communicating protocol in detail. It is painted out that CAN bus network has a good communicating performance in real time and reliabihty, and the whole system worker better than the requirements of the technical regulation. As a result, CAN bus technique can meet the practical demand of the large scale tidal model control and measurement.
