中医特色疗法综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

Features Integrated Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinical Observation on Treatment of Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

目的观察中医特色综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效。方法将954例住院患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各477例。治疗组采用针灸、推拿、自制通痹散熏蒸;对照组采用微波热疗、中频电疗、半导体激光照射。治疗3个疗程后观察分析临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率95.4%。对照组为84.9%。两组比较均有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论中医特色疗法综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症有显著疗效。

Objective to observe the clinical effects of comprehensive treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with TCM characteristics. Methods 954 hospitalized patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups in 477 patients each.Treatment group using acupuncture,massage,self-made tongbi fumigation; the control group with microwave hyperthermia,intermediate frequency electrotherapy,semiconductor laser irradiation. Treatment observation and analysis of efficacy after 3 treatments. Results group total effective rate 95. 4%. Control group for 84. 9%. Compare all significant differences between the two groups（ P 0. 01）. Conclusion the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with a significant effect.
