角色理论视角下的顾客参与负面效应研究 被引量:3

摘要 顾客参与已经成为企业获取竞争优势的重要手段。但是,在很多情况下,参与的顾客并没有得到积极的体验和情绪,相反甚至引发消费者的不满意。本文基于角色理论,讨论了顾客参与的潜在负面效应。具体而言,顾客参与过程中的角色转换、胜任力不足、精力和资源投入,会提高消费者的角色模糊、角色冲突和角色超荷,从而导致负面的感知和评价,降低满意度。
