摘要
本试验旨在研究在基础饲粮中添加不同形式铜源对育成期雌性银狐铜代谢的影响。选取40只75日龄的健康雌性银狐,随机分成4组,每组10个重复,每个重复1只。在基础饲粮中添加甘氨酸螯合铜(Ⅰ组)、蛋氨酸螯合铜(Ⅱ组)、硫酸铜(Ⅲ组)、柠檬酸铜(Ⅳ组),添加水平以铜计均为30mg/kg,基础日粮中铜含量为5.47mg/kg。4组雌性银狐分别饲喂添加不同铜源的日粮,预饲期7d,试验期57d。结果表明,不同铜源对育成期雌性银狐铜采食量无显著性影响(P>0.05),Ⅳ组略高于其他组;对粪铜排出量、铜消化率均产生极显著影响(P<0.01),Ⅰ组粪铜排出量极显著高于其他组(P<0.01),其他组间差异不显著(P>0.05);Ⅳ组铜消化率极显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.01),与Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组与Ⅰ组间差异极显著(P<0.01);毛铜沉积量在组间存在极显著差异(P<0.01),Ⅳ组最高,然后依次是Ⅰ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅱ组;对全血铜无显著性影响(P>0.05)。本试验条件下,从铜消化利用与减少环境污染角度考虑,育成期雌性银狐日粮中添加柠檬酸铜更有利于铜的吸收利用。
Aim of this trial was to investigate the valid copper source for the basal diet of female silver fox during growth period.Effects of different copper sources on copper digestibility and copper enzyme of female silver fox during growth period were studied. Forty female silver foxes with seventy five days old were selected and assigned into 4 groups by randomized block,there were 10 replicates in each group and 1 silver fox in each replicate. At the basal diet, supplementing the same copper level 30mg/kg but different copper sources were Glycinc chelate copper (Group Ⅰ ) ,Methionine chelate copper(Group Ⅱ ), copper Sulfate( Group Ⅲ ), Citric acid copper( Group Ⅳ ), respectively. The content of copper in basal diet was 5.47mg/kg. The experimental period lasted for 57 d which included 7d pretest. The results indicated that there was no significant difference in copper intake( P 〉 0.05) among different groups,but copper intake in group IV was slightly higher than that in the other groups. There were significant differences( P 〈 0.01 ) in fecal copper, copper digestibility and hair copper by supplemental different copper source.Fecal copper in the group Ⅰ was significantly higher( P 〈 0.01 ) than that in the other groups,but there was no significant difference in groups Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ Copper digestibility in group Ⅳ was significantly higher( P 〈 0.01 ) than that in the group Ⅰ ,but was not significant different( P 〉 0.05) than that in the group Ⅱ and Ⅲ ,there was significant different( P 〈 0.01) between group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ , Ⅲ .hair copper in group Ⅳ was significantly higher( P 〈 0.01) than that in the other groups,in turn it was group Ⅰ , Ⅲ and Ⅱ. There were no significant differences( P 〉 0.05) in blood copper among the different groups. Under this study conditions, considering copper valid utilization and decreasing environmental pollution, the valid copper source was Citric acid copper for female silver foxes in growing period.
