CD4^+调节性T细胞与再生障碍性贫血发病机制的关系 被引量:2

摘要 调节性T细胞(regulatory T cells,Treg)是具有免疫调节功能的T细胞亚群,包含CD4+T细胞、CD8+T细胞、CD4-CD8-T细胞及部分自然杀伤细胞等。Treg不仅在自身免疫耐受的获得和维持及自身免疫防御中起着重要作用,而且在肿瘤、移植耐受甚至是病原体感染等免疫反应调节中也扮演重要角色。
