摘要 针对顺序增压和两级增压应用后造成增压器密封易于漏油的问题,研究了增压器密封结构改进对漏油的影响。介绍了自行研制的漏油测量装置,测试和分析了润滑油供油压力、供油温度和增压器转速对漏油的影响,对传统的活塞环密封和泵轮结构及自行设计的新型导流槽这3种结构的漏油状况进行了评价。试验结果表明:新型导流槽的密封发生漏油时,两端压差提高到了7.0kPa,较原型机提高了5.5kPa。 For the frequent occurrence of oil leakage after the application of the sequential turbocharger and two-stage turbo-charger ,the influence of turbocharger sealing structure improvement on oil leakage was researched .A self-developed measuring device for oil leakage was introduced ,the influence of oil pressure ,oil temperature and turbocharger speed on oil leakage was measured and analyzed ,and the actual oil leakage for the three sealing structures such as traditional piston ring ,pump wheel and self-designed guiding channel were evaluated .The results show that the pressure difference of the new-typed guiding chan-nel sealing structure is 7 .0 kPa ,increased by 5 .5 kPa comparing with the traditional sealing .
