摘要
研究贵州织金磷矿中的伴生稀土的提取,用硝酸作为分解剂,研究了磷矿粒度、硝酸浓度、反应时间、反应温度等因素对磷矿分解的影响。实验表明,磷矿粒度与硝酸浓度对磷矿分解影响最大,冷却除钙以及二次除钙对稀土沉淀的效果影响显著,采用TBP萃取和酸反萃取可使稀土与酸有效分离富集。在最优实验条件下,可从含稀土0.1%的原矿中制得稀土含量21.8%的富集物。
This article studies on extraction of rare earth elements associated in phosphorite in Zhijin, Guizhou. Using nitric acid as a decomposition agent, the influence of phosphate rock granularity, nitric acid concentration, reacroh time and reaction temperature on phosphate rock decomposing has been investigated. Experimental results show that phosphate rock granularity and concentration of nitric acid have the most impacts on phosphate rock decomposing. Calcium removal by cooling and second calcium removal have Significant effects on rare earth precipitation, and the TBP extraction and acid reflux extraction can make rare earth and acid separate and enrich effectively. Under the optional experimental conditions, it can get 21.8% of rare earth oxides from the crude ore which contains 0: 1% rare earth .
